Mrs. Madge Imogene Anderson, age 83 of Warrior died Monday, February 11, 2013 at East Glen Nursing Home.  Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at New Bethel Baptist Church on the Warrior Jasper Road with burial in the adjoining cemetery.  Rev. Gary Creel will officiate.  Visitation will be 2:00 to 3:00 PM Wednesday at the church.  

Mrs. Anderson was a faithful member of New Bethel Baptist Church where she served the Lord faithfully for over 40 years.  Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert J. Anderson.

Survivors include her children, Ron Anderson (Cathy) of Pinson, Robert Dale Anderson (Tina) of Brunswick, GA, and Angela Forbus (Glenn) of Pinson; sisters, Mary Waddell of Gardendale, Marie Allard of Bossier City, LA, and Ruth Perry of Dora; eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
